Article Citation :Ch. Iss-2

Abstract : The var. Abhinav recorded the highest number of fruits per plant (241.09) till 120 DAT. Planting density at 60 cm x 60 cm (S2) recorded significantly the highest number of fruits per plant (240.33) followed by 75 cm x 40 cm (S3) (219.82). The lowest number of fruits per plant was recorded by the planting density at 120 cm x 40 cm (S1) (215.12). Application of 180N: 90P: 90K kg per ha (F3) recorded the highest number of fruits per plant (249.88) followed by 150N: 75P: 75K kg per ha (F2) (225.51). The lowest number of fruits per plant (199.88) was recorded by the application of 120N: 60P: 60K kg per ha (F1). Among two way interactions, the highest number of fruits per plant was recorded by the combination of planting density of 60 cm x 60 cm plus application of 180N: 90P: 90K kg per ha (275.66) and that of Abhinav + 180N: 90P: 90K kg per ha (258.68). Key word- Tomato, Yield, Planting density, Fertigation
