Abstract : when specifying privacy preferences, the data owner can control who may access its personal data, for which
purpose and under which accuracy. This could be done either by developing a whole ontology or using SPARQL query. In
this paper we develop the two approaches and compare between their performances. The two approaches will be applied on
healthcare data access management systems.
