Abstract : Commercialized solar cell usually use silicon, CIGS, or CdTe as the primary material of the solar cell. But, silicon solar cell will be reaching limit efficiency of 29%. So, new material of solar cell is needed to replace silicon solar cell. One of the alternative materials is solar cell using perovskite material. Perovskite solar cell is a solar cell using organic-inorganic metal halide material as active layer of the solar cell. In 2009, perovskite solar cell is firstly fabricated with efficiency of 3.8% and in 2014 perovskite solar cell has achieved efficiency of 19.3%. Highest efficiency of perovskite solar cell that has been reported is 22.1%. In 4-5 years of development, perovskite solar cell has proved its high potential to become a high efficiency solar cells. Perovskite solar cell is consisted of FTO, ETL, HTL, and active layer. FTO is used for the anode and cathode. ETL that used in this research is TiO2 and the HTL is CuSCN. The active layer is a perovskite material (CH3NH3PbI3). In this research, variation of annealing temperature is done to get the optimal temperature for active layer deposition process of perovskite solar cells. The best perovskite solar cells performance is achieved by 130oC annealing temperature with Voc = 1.14 V, Isc = 5.54 mA, FF = 0.45, and η = 1.91%.
