Abstract : The concept of nano-biotechnology is derived from the recent development of nanomaterials applied in AIO (Artificial Internal Organ) and from Dental implant technology. Nanotechnology demand is exponentially growing with increasing population and for application of smart Medicare process, specially in the field of Regenerative and Transplant medicines (Host-vs-Graft compatible immune responses) and in development of AIO. Nanotechnology is also used in “Nanofluid” and in “Micro fluidics”, where transport of heat and drugs are used. Nanobiotechnology (Bionanotube) is a recent development and studied by the author, derived from the surface of bacteria Escherichia coli in wild types and also in hybrid genetically engineered strains. The clusters of these surface antigens of bacteria, elongated fimbriae (pili) will develop nanochannel, when isolated carefully and where chemotherapeutic drugs are immobilized and are transported to the specific regions of cancer cells of the human body. Application of BNT (Bionanotube) will support the treatments of infectious diseases and cancer with increasing compatible immune response. We are in microbial world, and in the age of microbes, crossing atomic and polymer ages. Prof. Louise Pasture 100 years ago recognized the power of microbes and alerts us, not to underestimate them. A human body if contains 1 trillion cells, microbes will be ten times more (i.e. 10 trillions). Each and every microbe has it affinity to localize the organs and to share immune responses to act as opportunistic nature to infect and to kill the host. Genetically engineered BNT, immobilized drugs will support to develop both immune response and delivery if used, we say “Bidirectional” application. Due to increasing environmental impact on human health. AIO is basically applied on human body. Like artificial heart, lung, kidney, liver and also other injured and cancer infected human and animal organs, when in urgent cases are replaced by artificial tissues, scaffold towards replaceable anatomical body organs and where nanomaterials based (tissues) are helping enormously in managing blood flow (nanofluid), micro fluidic activities and friction, wear factors. Nonmaterials are enormously used in replaceable artificial orthopedic bones, the artificial femur caps of heap joints.. The friction factors of biocompatible (Host- vs. - Graft) immune systems are increased by applications of (double walled carbon nanotube (DWCNT) and or single walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT), where side effects remains unavoidable. Recently the same is used trough BNT (Bionanotube), if the genetically engineered microbes are allowed to grow on carbon based metal complexes of (Ti, Ni, Co, Cu, Au, Ag, and Cu). In the present paper the author will describe some of those experimental observations, which are under development. Keyword - BNT, CNT, Regerative Medicine, Cancer, Vaccine, Totipotent and Scaffold.
