Abstract : Neurodegenerative diseases comprise one of the major public health concerns in our aging population. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the case, the most common form of dementia, is a degenerative disorder of the brain that leads to memory loss. The accumulation of β-amyloid is the most important factor for this disease. Our work propose theoretical study the inhibition of β-secretase enzyme wich is responsible from the accumulation of the β-amyloid by molecules serie supposed a based for posiphen as remedy of the Alzheimer disease. Key words - Alzheimer disease, posiphen drugs, molecular modeling methods.
