Paper Title
Modeling The Impact Of Traffic Intensity On Nox Level Across Highway

Abstract
This work is focused on the correlation between nitrogen oxides level across highway and the impact of traffic intensity. The main goal was the choice of a representative sampling site without meteorological disturbances. Time series of measured NOx concentrations was used. Simultaneously measured highly time-resolved NOx concentration and traffic activity counting were performed. The passing vehicles were classified in different categories. The experimental work yielded reliable results of the mutual correlation of NOx level and highway intensity with statistical evidence. Emission factors from emission model for road transport were applied and compared with the measurement results. Keywords- NOx, highway, traffic intensity, air pollution, emission factor, passing vehicles.
