Implementing Akhlak Culture of SOE’S Indonesia: The Role of Authentic Leadership and Distributive Justice Climate

Abstract
Abstract - State-Own Enterprise (SOE) company roles being agents of development achieving government programs. The SOEs could be managed professionally and accountably through an organizational culture approach. AKHLAK is an abbreviation of trustworthy, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative which is mandatorily implemented in each SOE. This research aims to examine the role of authentic leadership towards AKHLAK culture through distributive justice climate as a mediator variable. Participants of this research were 272 workers, but only 153 workers of 17 team works were involved in data analysis at a group level. The instruments of this research were the authentic leadership questionnaire, distributive justice scale, and AKHLAK culture scale. The data analysis method used Partial Least Square. The result showed that distributive justice was proven to mediate between authentic leadership and trustworthy, harmonious, loyal, and, adaptive.
