The data were gathered using interviews as a qualitative approach. This includes conducting interviews and discussion group among 40 respondents who are mainly staff of the hospital (Managers, administrative, IT personal). This case study is deemed significant. in light of the limited amount of literature evaluating the impact of ICT in hospital settings in Saudi Arabia, the completion of this study may shed more information and analytical knowledge for scholars, researchers and clinical managers. The study was conducted based on the outcome of an earlier study which indicated that the adoption of ICT at Saudi Arabia hospitals was affected by many factors. Moreover, end-users of ICT are said to have encountered many challenges while using this technology.
