Paper Title
Gene-Gene Interaction Models based on Nonparametric Correlation Coefficient and Gene Ontology

Abstract
An important method to analyzing functionally-related genes is the use of two-way interaction model, in which expression level of two genes are measured according to their pairwise correlation value. The aim of study is to use Spearman's rank correlation coefficient and then to compare with gene ontology that is a presentation of an intuitive method to investigating of gene network interactions. The finding of the study showed that nonparametric correlation coefficient has the same strong capability in identifying interaction genes and also this method finds accurately the important genes and gene interaction. Keywords - Gene-Gene Interaction, Gene Ontology, Yeast Genes.
