Paper Title
Numerical Study of Microbial Depolymerization Process with Weight Distributions before and after Microbial Cultivation for One Week
Abstract
This study demonstrates the applicability of numerical techniques to microbial depolymerization processes. Weigh
distributions before and after cultivation of microbial consortium E-1 in a culture media in which polyethylene glycol were the
sole carbon source were incorporated into analysis of a microbial depolymerization process. Inverse problems for a molecular
factor and a time factor of a degradation rate were solved numerically. Once the inverse problems were solved, microbial
depolymerization process was simulated. Numerical techniques are described, and numerical results are presented. n.
