Abstract : E-wastes are produced 2 or 3 times faster than other solid waste stream. They contain precious and hazardous metals. By metal recovery from e-waste about 20 million ton of materials can be saved. In this research different kind of e-waste was purchased. They fine to size of lower than 100 micron. Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans was adapted to the sample until 15 g/l. Eh, pH, bacterial count and metal recovery was followed in the 25 d period. By using inductively coupled plasma identified that this bacterium extracted Cu and Ni respectively 98.5% and 90.5% from the sample at 14 d. the results of FTIR and FE-SEM emphasize on an efficient bioleaching. Key words- Bioleaching, Cu recovery, E-waste, Ni recovery
