Abstract : Energy- saving systems can be classified into different types: hydraulic, electric and mechanical system using
flywheels. Flywheels have been used to achieve smooth operation of machines. Now a days flywheels are complex
constructions where energy is stored mechanically and transferred .Most engineers have used the concept of storing kinetic
energy in a spinning mass to smooth their operation. The research work will confirm the percentage of energy recovered
from the primary power source when compared traditional one
