Abstract : Abstract - The paper suggests an image processing technique that helps in the diagnosis of Glaucoma. Glaucoma is caused by an increase in the size of the cup. Previously, it was difficult to detect Glaucoma by hand. It is the second leading cause of blindness. Here we divide the input image into a defect or not. Factors we consider i) Cup to Disc Ratio (CDR). ii) Neuroretinal Rim measure using ISNT rule. Keywords - Digital Image Processing, Cup Size to Disks, Classification, Deep Learning.
