Abstract : This examination was embraced to evaluate the biochemical profile of urine of cows and to know the biochemical constitutes of cows urine at various stages. An aggregate of 12 sound dairy animals were chosen from the crowd of cows rearing homestead, ISKCON TEMPLE GOUSHALA, Amravati. These 12 creatures were separated into three gatherings, viz., calf, pregnant, and draining stage with four bovines in each gathering chose for a month. Urea, phenol and amino corrosive substance were the most noteworthy in pregnant bovines took after by draining dairy animals.
