Abstract : This research focuses on extracting collagen from protein by-products, additivation and crosslinking in order to
form films with potential applications in agriculture. Collagen films were analyzed by microscopy, FT-IR/ATR
spectroscopy, nanoindentation, determination of contact angles and tensile strength, to highlight the most important
properties for envisaged applications.
