Paper Title
Preparation and Characterization of Fluorine Tin Oxide Using New Approach of Spray Technique and Electro Spinning Technique
Abstract
Fluorine tin oxide (SnO2:F) as a special kind of transparent conducting oxide thin films were prepared by
Nebulizer spray technique and electro-spinning technique at a substrate temperature 5000C.The grains of stannous chloride
(SnCl2.2H2O )were dissolved in methanol and glacial acetic acid to form the precursor solution. Hydrofluoric acid (HF) was
added to the precursor solution as a doped material. The crystal structure and surface morphologies of the prepared thin films
were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scan electron microscope. The XRD pattern reveals the preferred
orientation of the crystal structure and show that the prepared film have a polycrystalline structure with tetragonal phase.
SEM analysis showed a uniform surface morphologies with different pattern depending on the deposition conditions. The
optical and electrical properties of the films were investigated by using UV-vis spectroscopy in the visible range and four
point probe technique.
