Paper Title
Screening of Different Lignocellulosic Wastes For the Productive Potential of Milky Mushroom (Calocybe Indica, Ci-3 Strain)

Abstract
Different locally available substrates (agro-wastes, garden wastes and forest wastes) were collected for the cultivation of Calocybe indica. Comparison of the yield and biological efficiency of C. indica on different agricultural wastes revealed that maximum biological efficiency was achieved on paddy straw (87.4%). Garden and forest wastes have not been used much in the past and incidentally the ones that have been used did not show good productive potential. However, the results of the present investigation show that they are almost at par with the ones achieved on agricultural wastes.
