<strong>Abstract</strong><br>
In this paper, we derive a sufficient condition for asymptotic stability of the zero solution of delay-difference 
system with multiple delays of Hopfield neural networks in terms of certain matrix inequalities by using a discrete version of 
the Lyapunov second method.
